Very poor app and service. Can only set drop off in the same area you are picked up in, even if the drop off would be only a few blocks away. Drivers often are 10 mins away for 20 mins, but there is no way to cancel even when they don't move at all. Overall very below par for similar services on other apps or in other countries.

I liked this app up until support made me reinstall it. Now when opening the app an error is shown immediately and it became unusable. EDIT: It started working again, there is a bug though that keeps refreshing the screen every few seconds. But at least I can book my tuktuks again 😁

Please fix the GPS!!!. GPS is very bad. I saw that my tuktuk was still at the same spot for the whole time. So I canceled it, but the tuktuk was actually in front of me when I canceled it. And it happened so many times!!
